Kom luisteren naar de beste singer-songwriters en bands van Nederland. Op woensdagavond 15 juni is er weer een nieuw editie van Quiet is the New Loud! in de bblthk. Deze keer met: Loeck Swinkels & all dogs go to heaven. Deuren openen 20.30 uur, de eerste tunes hoor je om 21.00 uur.

Loeck Swinkels en all dogs go to heaven zullen voor jullie spelen: De 16-jarige singer-songwriter Loeck begon al jong met zingen. Hij stond in de huiskamer van zijn ouders om hen concerten te geven. Rauwe akoestische liedjes gedrenkt in een lauwwarm bad van melancholie. Met wortels in hardcore-punk en kroongebladerte overgeleverd aan de elementen slaat all dogs go to heaven een brug tussen dromerige melodieën en oprechte teksten.

Come and listen to the best singer-songwriters and bands in the Netherlands. On Wednesday evening 15 June there will be a new edition of Quiet is the New Loud! in the bblthk. This time with: Loeck Swinkels and all dogs go to heaven. Doors open at 8.30 pm, the first tunes will be played at 9 pm.

Loeck Swinkels and all dogs go to heaven will play for you: 16 year old Dutch songwriter Loeck started singing from a very young age. He would stand in the living room of his parents to give them concerts. Raw acoustic songs soaked in a lukewarm bath of melancholy. With roots in hardcore punk and foliage at the mercy of the elements bridges all dogs go to heaven between dreamy melodies and heartfelt lyrics.

De eerste editie van Quiet is the New Loud (QITNL!) was in 2011 en wordt sindsdien maandelijks georganiseerd. Zoals de naam al doet vermoeden, bieden deze evenementen muziek die zachter en rustiger van aard is. Bij Quiet is the New Loud vind je de beste singer-songwriters en bands van Nederland! Muziekgenres variëren van folk tot experimenteel, maar het "rustige" thema blijft altijd.

Een nieuwe editie van Quiet is the New Loud! De deuren openen om 20:00, begin om 20.30 uur.

Quiet is the New Loud! is een intieme concertavond voor liefhebbers van subtiele, akoestische muziek. De rustige sfeer van de bblthk vormt de perfecte plek om met volle aandacht te luisteren naar singer-songwriters en bands.

Deze reeks bestaat al sinds 2011 en heeft inmiddels een vaste plek in Wageningen. Wat de avonden bijzonder maakt, is de aandachtige sfeer: het publiek luistert in stilte en geeft alle ruimte aan de muziek.
