Quiet is the New Loud is back from summer break! And this time at a new location: the Cultuurwerkplaats (Arboretumlaan 1). While the bblkthk is being renovated, Quiet is the New Loud will temporarily be held in the large hall upstairs at the Cultuurwerkplaats. New location, same great atmosphere! And we're opening with two special artists who will touch your heart:

Lendert
Rooted in folk but infused with subtle elements of electronic music, his sound is intimate, heartfelt, and emotionally direct. Lendert crafts songs that are meant to connect - honest, raw, and deeply human.

Reinis Jaunais
Wild sounds of a tongue drum, Latvian traditional harp ‘kokle’, modular synths and mad live looping alongside exceptional guitar skills - that is how you would describe the music of Reinis Jaunais, a well travelled musician from Riga, Latvia.

Quiet is the New Loud is terug van de zomervakantie! En dit keer op een nieuwe plek: de Cultuurwerkplaats (Arboretumlaan 1). Zolang de bblkthk wordt verbouwd, wordt Quiet is the New Loud tijdelijk in de grote zaal boven in de Cultuurwerkplaats gehouden. Nieuwe locatie, zelfde fijne sfeer! En we openen met twee bijzondere artiesten die je recht in het hart zullen raken:

Lendert
Zijn muziek is geworteld in folk, maar subtiel vermengd met elektronische invloeden. Intiem, eerlijk en rauw - liedjes die je niet alleen hoort, maar echt voelt.

Reinis Jaunais
Een wereldreiziger uit Riga die zijn gitaarspel combineert met waanzinnige live-looping, een tongdrum, de Letse harp kokle en modulaire synths. Een avontuurlijke mix die garant staat voor een unieke luisterervaring.
